In teams, you puzzle your way through Acapulco, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityHunt, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
The programme is a puzzle tour, played in teams through the app, as Xmas Adventure, Escape Game, Murder Mystery Tour or Treasure Hunt. Whichever format you choose, the app leads your teams along a fixed route past Plaza Álvarez and Fuente de la Diana cazadora, sets riddles, codes and photo challenges, collects the answers and keeps score. Around four kilometres through the centre of Acapulco, roughly three hours, nothing to bring but charged phones.
Every team plays against the others. A team chat keeps them talking, a leaderboard shows who is ahead, and all the photos land in one shared gallery everyone can look back on afterwards. How quickly a team moves through the stations is entirely up to them — some race, some linger, and the app simply keeps count either way. Because the whole thing takes place out in Acapulco itself, near Crowne Plaza Acapulco and the Plaza Álvarez, the walk to wherever you have booked dinner is never far.
