Front and centre is the Xmas Adventure, our tour for the festive season. You can book any of these tours as a team building event.
In teams, you puzzle your way through Boom, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityHunt, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
A Christmas party in Boom works best when the two halves stay separate: the fun belongs to us, the table belongs to you. Your team building takes the form of a puzzle tour, played in teams on the app, out among the streets and bridges of Boom. The route is fixed for the tour you choose, leading your teams past Nijverheidsbrug, Victor Dumonbrug and the Tank memorial, with riddles, codes and photo challenges arriving on the phones as they go. Roughly four kilometres, roughly three hours, and nobody needs anything but a charged battery.
In Boom you can pick from the Xmas Adventure, the Escape Game, the Murder Mystery Tour or the Treasure Hunt — each one a different route through the same city, past Sint-Annakapel or the Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Onbevlekt-Ontvangenkerk, depending on which stations belong to it. Every team plays against every other team, a team chat keeps them talking, a leaderboard keeps score, and the photos land in one shared gallery everyone can scroll through later, ideally over dinner. Since the whole thing runs in the centre, the walk to the restaurant afterwards is short — wherever you've already booked a table.
Prices start at € 16.99 per person plus VAT. You choose the date and time when you book, right up to two days beforehand, and you'll receive a proper VAT invoice regardless of whether you pay by invoice, card or PayPal.
Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors. Whether industry, retail, government or services: myCityHunt scavenger hunts are an excellent teambuilding event for your company outing, department party or team event - and that at 6,467 locations around the world.
How about a puzzle tour through Boom with the myCityHunt app as the program before dinner? Your team heads out in small groups, solves challenges at landmarks across the city, and competes team against team for the top spot on the live leaderboard. Several themes are available, and the tour ends in time for the meal.
The tour comes before the meal: about three hours outdoors in Boom, and everyone is back in time for dinner. You book the restaurant, and the program before it comes from myCityHunt. For the organizer, that leaves little more to do than picking the date and putting the teams together.
A Christmas party that starts out in the city instead of at the table: your company splits into teams and heads through Boom before the meal, collecting points against the other teams. If a team gets stuck, a myCityHunt guide is just a chat message away. The date is yours to pick, even at short notice in December, and venue and menu stay entirely your decision.
The tour through Boom is priced from € 16.99 per person, and you receive an invoice for the booking. Food and drinks afterward are planned by you, so the budget for the evening stays in your hands.
Yes, in a single booking, split into teams that all start together. The price per person stays the same regardless of group size. Mixing departments when forming the teams works well and gets colleagues talking who otherwise rarely cross paths.
You choose the date and the time. The booking is valid for any day you like, in December just like the rest of the year, and the tour starts once the whole team has arrived. Short-notice bookings work too.
Around three hours. That makes it the first half of the evening: the tour first, then dinner with plenty to talk about.
The tour takes place outdoors in Boom, and you can pause it at any point. If the rain gets heavy or the snow piles up, warm up somewhere dry and pick up right where you left off. Warm jackets and sturdy shoes are part of a Christmas party in December.
