Front and centre is the Xmas Adventure, our tour for the festive season. You can book any of these tours as a team building event.
In teams, you puzzle your way through Gerlingen, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityHunt, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
A Christmas party in Gerlingen with myCityHunt needs two things to fall into place: a room to eat in and something that gets the team talking before the starters arrive. We provide the second part. The programme runs as a puzzle tour, played through the app, with teams moving through the centre of Gerlingen past places like Altes Rathaus Gerlingen, St Peter und Paul and the Waldbrüderhaus. Choose from formats such as Xmas Adventure, Escape Game, Murder Mystery Tour or Treasure Hunt, depending on the mood you want to set for the evening. The app sets the riddles, codes and photo challenges, collects the answers and keeps score, so no one from your side has to run the event.
The route for each tour is fixed, leading every team along the same stations across Gerlingen, but how quickly they move is entirely up to them. Teams compete against each other over roughly four kilometres and three hours, with a team chat to needle the opposition, a leaderboard to track who's winning, and a shared gallery filling up with everyone's photos. All anyone needs is a charged phone. Because the teams are already out in the centre of Gerlingen, where the restaurants sit, the walk from the final checkpoint to your table is short — the tour simply hands your evening on to the venue and menu you've already arranged.
Pricing starts from € 16.99 per person plus VAT. You set the date and time when you book, with bookings possible up to two days before the event, and we invoice by VAT invoice, payable by invoice, credit card or PayPal.
Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors. Whether industry, retail, government or services: myCityHunt scavenger hunts are an excellent teambuilding event for your company outing, department party or team event - and that at 6,467 locations around the world.
How about a puzzle tour through Gerlingen with the myCityHunt app as the program before dinner? Your team heads out in small groups, solves challenges at landmarks across the city, and competes team against team for the top spot on the live leaderboard. Several themes are available, and the tour ends in time for the meal.
The tour comes before the meal: about three hours outdoors in Gerlingen, and everyone is back in time for dinner. You book the restaurant, and the program before it comes from myCityHunt. For the organizer, that leaves little more to do than picking the date and putting the teams together.
A Christmas party that starts out in the city instead of at the table: your company splits into teams and heads through Gerlingen before the meal, collecting points against the other teams. If a team gets stuck, a myCityHunt guide is just a chat message away. The date is yours to pick, even at short notice in December, and venue and menu stay entirely your decision.
The tour through Gerlingen is priced from € 16.99 per person, and you receive an invoice for the booking. Food and drinks afterward are planned by you, so the budget for the evening stays in your hands.
Yes, in a single booking, split into teams that all start together. The price per person stays the same regardless of group size. Mixing departments when forming the teams works well and gets colleagues talking who otherwise rarely cross paths.
You choose the date and the time. The booking is valid for any day you like, in December just like the rest of the year, and the tour starts once the whole team has arrived. Short-notice bookings work too.
Around three hours. That makes it the first half of the evening: the tour first, then dinner with plenty to talk about.
The tour takes place outdoors in Gerlingen, and you can pause it at any point. If the rain gets heavy or the snow piles up, warm up somewhere dry and pick up right where you left off. Warm jackets and sturdy shoes are part of a Christmas party in December.
