Front and centre is the Xmas Adventure, our tour for the festive season. You can book any of these tours as a team building event.
In teams, you puzzle your way through Kaarst, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityHunt, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
In Kaarst the Christmas party is a puzzle tour, played as a team building through the app on everyone's phone. The app sets the pace — riddles, codes and photo challenges arrive station by station, and the route takes your teams past corners such as Alt St. Martinus as they work through roughly four kilometres and three hours on foot. Choose the format that suits your crowd: Xmas Adventure, Escape Game, Murder Mystery Tour or Treasure Hunt — the route itself is fixed for each one, but how quickly a team moves through it is entirely up to them.
While they play, a team chat keeps the groups in touch, a live leaderboard shows who is ahead, and every photo lands in one shared gallery everyone can look back on later. No equipment needed beyond charged phones. The tour finishes in the centre of Kaarst, close to the restaurants, so the walk from the last station to dinner is short — the programme is ours, the venue and the menu stay yours to book as you like.
Prices start from € 16.99 per person plus VAT. You choose the date and time when booking, and booking is possible up to two days before the event. Payment is by invoice, credit card or PayPal, always with a proper VAT invoice.
Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors. Whether industry, retail, government or services: myCityHunt scavenger hunts are an excellent teambuilding event for your company outing, department party or team event - and that at 6,467 locations around the world.
How about a puzzle tour through Kaarst with the myCityHunt app as the program before dinner? Your team heads out in small groups, solves challenges at landmarks across the city, and competes team against team for the top spot on the live leaderboard. Several themes are available, and the tour ends in time for the meal.
The tour comes before the meal: about three hours outdoors in Kaarst, and everyone is back in time for dinner. You book the restaurant, and the program before it comes from myCityHunt. For the organizer, that leaves little more to do than picking the date and putting the teams together.
A Christmas party that starts out in the city instead of at the table: your company splits into teams and heads through Kaarst before the meal, collecting points against the other teams. If a team gets stuck, a myCityHunt guide is just a chat message away. The date is yours to pick, even at short notice in December, and venue and menu stay entirely your decision.
The tour through Kaarst is priced from € 16.99 per person, and you receive an invoice for the booking. Food and drinks afterward are planned by you, so the budget for the evening stays in your hands.
Yes, in a single booking, split into teams that all start together. The price per person stays the same regardless of group size. Mixing departments when forming the teams works well and gets colleagues talking who otherwise rarely cross paths.
You choose the date and the time. The booking is valid for any day you like, in December just like the rest of the year, and the tour starts once the whole team has arrived. Short-notice bookings work too.
Around three hours. That makes it the first half of the evening: the tour first, then dinner with plenty to talk about.
The tour takes place outdoors in Kaarst, and you can pause it at any point. If the rain gets heavy or the snow piles up, warm up somewhere dry and pick up right where you left off. Warm jackets and sturdy shoes are part of a Christmas party in December.
