Front and centre is the Xmas Adventure, our tour for the festive season. You can book any of these tours as a team building event.
In teams, you puzzle your way through Olsberg, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityHunt, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
In Olsberg the Christmas party works best when the evening has two halves: one where the team moves and plays together, and one where everybody sits down to eat. We look after the first half. The programme is a puzzle tour, played through the app on phones your colleagues already have charged. Teams spread out, the app shows the route, sets riddles, codes and photo challenges, and keeps score as the points come in. Around four kilometres through the centre of Olsberg, around three hours, with a team chat and a live leaderboard so everyone can see who's ahead and a shared gallery filling up with the photos along the way.
In Olsberg you can choose between the Xmas Adventure, an Escape Game, a Murder Mystery Tour or a Treasure Hunt — the puzzle tour format is yours to pick, but the walk itself stays fixed to the stations that belong to it, past Schloss Schellenstein among other corners of the old town. How quickly a team works through it is entirely up to them. Because the route runs through the centre, the walk from the last riddle to the restaurant table is short — the venue and the menu stay yours to arrange, exactly as you already have them.
Pricing starts from € 16.99 per person plus VAT. You set the date and time when you book, right up to two days beforehand, and settle by invoice, credit card or PayPal, always with a proper VAT invoice for your books.
Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors. Whether industry, retail, government or services: myCityHunt scavenger hunts are an excellent teambuilding event for your company outing, department party or team event - and that at 6,467 locations around the world.
How about a puzzle tour through Olsberg with the myCityHunt app as the program before dinner? Your team heads out in small groups, solves challenges at landmarks across the city, and competes team against team for the top spot on the live leaderboard. Several themes are available, and the tour ends in time for the meal.
The tour comes before the meal: about three hours outdoors in Olsberg, and everyone is back in time for dinner. You book the restaurant, and the program before it comes from myCityHunt. For the organizer, that leaves little more to do than picking the date and putting the teams together.
A Christmas party that starts out in the city instead of at the table: your company splits into teams and heads through Olsberg before the meal, collecting points against the other teams. If a team gets stuck, a myCityHunt guide is just a chat message away. The date is yours to pick, even at short notice in December, and venue and menu stay entirely your decision.
The tour through Olsberg is priced from € 16.99 per person, and you receive an invoice for the booking. Food and drinks afterward are planned by you, so the budget for the evening stays in your hands.
Yes, in a single booking, split into teams that all start together. The price per person stays the same regardless of group size. Mixing departments when forming the teams works well and gets colleagues talking who otherwise rarely cross paths.
You choose the date and the time. The booking is valid for any day you like, in December just like the rest of the year, and the tour starts once the whole team has arrived. Short-notice bookings work too.
Around three hours. That makes it the first half of the evening: the tour first, then dinner with plenty to talk about.
The tour takes place outdoors in Olsberg, and you can pause it at any point. If the rain gets heavy or the snow piles up, warm up somewhere dry and pick up right where you left off. Warm jackets and sturdy shoes are part of a Christmas party in December.
