Front and centre is the Xmas Adventure, our tour for the festive season. You can book any of these tours as a team building event.
In teams, you puzzle your way through Úbeda, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityHunt, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
You already have the restaurant sorted, or you soon will — what's missing is the hour or two before everyone sits down, the part that turns colleagues standing in a car park into a team that actually talks over starters. That's what we bring to Úbeda: a puzzle tour played through our app, in teams, out across the Renaissance streets near Palacio del Deán Ortega and Palacio Vela de los Cobos. The app sets the route, hands out riddles, codes and photo challenges, and keeps score while your teams walk roughly four kilometres and three hours through the centre of Úbeda. No equipment to hand out beyond a charged phone — everything else runs through the app, including the team chat and the leaderboard everyone keeps checking.
In Úbeda we run this as a Xmas Adventure, an Escape Game, a Murder Mystery Tour or a Treasure Hunt — four different ways of framing the same mechanics, so you can pick whichever tone suits your group. Each one follows a fixed route past landmarks such as Casa de las Torres and the Bullring of Úbeda, though how briskly your teams move through it is entirely up to them. Once the tour ends, you're already in the centre of Úbeda, close to wherever dinner is booked — no coach, no detour, just a short walk from last challenge to first course.
Pricing starts from € 16.99 per person plus VAT. You choose the date and time when booking, with bookings accepted up to two days beforehand, and we invoice by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, always with a proper VAT invoice for your books.
Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors. Whether industry, retail, government or services: myCityHunt scavenger hunts are an excellent teambuilding event for your company outing, department party or team event - and that at 6,467 locations around the world.
How about a puzzle tour through Úbeda with the myCityHunt app as the program before dinner? Your team heads out in small groups, solves challenges at landmarks across the city, and competes team against team for the top spot on the live leaderboard. Several themes are available, and the tour ends in time for the meal.
The tour comes before the meal: about three hours outdoors in Úbeda, and everyone is back in time for dinner. You book the restaurant, and the program before it comes from myCityHunt. For the organizer, that leaves little more to do than picking the date and putting the teams together.
A Christmas party that starts out in the city instead of at the table: your company splits into teams and heads through Úbeda before the meal, collecting points against the other teams. If a team gets stuck, a myCityHunt guide is just a chat message away. The date is yours to pick, even at short notice in December, and venue and menu stay entirely your decision.
The tour through Úbeda is priced from € 16.99 per person, and you receive an invoice for the booking. Food and drinks afterward are planned by you, so the budget for the evening stays in your hands.
Yes, in a single booking, split into teams that all start together. The price per person stays the same regardless of group size. Mixing departments when forming the teams works well and gets colleagues talking who otherwise rarely cross paths.
You choose the date and the time. The booking is valid for any day you like, in December just like the rest of the year, and the tour starts once the whole team has arrived. Short-notice bookings work too.
Around three hours. That makes it the first half of the evening: the tour first, then dinner with plenty to talk about.
The tour takes place outdoors in Úbeda, and you can pause it at any point. If the rain gets heavy or the snow piles up, warm up somewhere dry and pick up right where you left off. Warm jackets and sturdy shoes are part of a Christmas party in December.
