Front and centre is the Xmas Adventure, our tour for the festive season. You can book any of these tours as a team building event.
In teams, you puzzle your way through Athens, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityHunt, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
The bit everyone struggles with isn't the venue, it's what happens before anyone sits down. In Athens that part is easy: your team building runs as a puzzle tour, played on the app, through the streets around Areopagus, Erechtheion and the Temple of Hephaestus. The route is fixed for the tour you choose, but how quickly a team gets through it is entirely up to them — roughly four kilometres and three hours on foot, no two groups move at the same pace.
Pick the format that suits your crowd — Xmas Adventure, Escape Game, Murder Mystery Tour, Treasure Hunt or Scavenger Hunt — and leave the rest to us. The app sets the riddles, codes and photo challenges, takes in the answers, and keeps score, while a team chat and live leaderboard keep every group needling each other about who's ahead. You bring charged phones and the booking; we bring the puzzle tour. Past the Panathenaic Stadium or the Temple of Athena Nike, the teams end up back in the centre of Athens, close enough to the restaurants that walking to dinner barely interrupts the evening.
Pricing starts from € 16.99 per person plus VAT. You set the date and time when you book, right up to two days before the event, and we invoice afterwards — by card, PayPal or on account, always with a proper VAT invoice. The room and the menu stay yours to arrange; we simply handle the part that gets your team talking before the starters arrive.
Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors. Whether industry, retail, government or services: myCityHunt scavenger hunts are an excellent teambuilding event for your company outing, department party or team event - and that at 6,467 locations around the world.
How about a puzzle tour through Athens with the myCityHunt app as the program before dinner? Your team heads out in small groups, solves challenges at landmarks across the city, and competes team against team for the top spot on the live leaderboard. Several themes are available, and the tour ends in time for the meal.
The tour comes before the meal: about three hours outdoors in Athens, and everyone is back in time for dinner. You book the restaurant, and the program before it comes from myCityHunt. For the organizer, that leaves little more to do than picking the date and putting the teams together.
A Christmas party that starts out in the city instead of at the table: your company splits into teams and heads through Athens before the meal, collecting points against the other teams. If a team gets stuck, a myCityHunt guide is just a chat message away. The date is yours to pick, even at short notice in December, and venue and menu stay entirely your decision.
The tour through Athens is priced from € 16.99 per person, and you receive an invoice for the booking. Food and drinks afterward are planned by you, so the budget for the evening stays in your hands.
Yes, in a single booking, split into teams that all start together. The price per person stays the same regardless of group size. Mixing departments when forming the teams works well and gets colleagues talking who otherwise rarely cross paths.
You choose the date and the time. The booking is valid for any day you like, in December just like the rest of the year, and the tour starts once the whole team has arrived. Short-notice bookings work too.
Around three hours. That makes it the first half of the evening: the tour first, then dinner with plenty to talk about.
The tour takes place outdoors in Athens, and you can pause it at any point. If the rain gets heavy or the snow piles up, warm up somewhere dry and pick up right where you left off. Warm jackets and sturdy shoes are part of a Christmas party in December.
