Front and centre is the Xmas Adventure, our tour for the festive season. You can book any of these tours as a team building event.
In teams, you puzzle your way through Zetel, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityHunt, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
A Christmas party in Zetel with myCityHunt means the venue and the menu stay exactly as you already planned them, while the part that actually gets colleagues talking to each other comes from us. The teams spend their afternoon or evening out in Zetel itself, working through a puzzle tour on their phones — and because that tour runs through the centre, the walk from the final checkpoint to the restaurant table is a short one. You don't need to solve two logistics problems, just one.
The puzzle tour itself works the same way every time, whichever format you choose from Xmas Adventure, Escape Game, Murder Mystery Tour or Treasure Hunt: the app sets the riddles, codes and photo challenges, checks the answers, and keeps score. Teams cover roughly four kilometres and about three hours on foot through Zetel, each group working against the others rather than following a guide. A team chat keeps the banter going, a live leaderboard shows who's ahead, and all the photos land in one shared gallery afterwards. Nobody needs anything beyond a charged phone.
Every tour follows a fixed route, so the app always knows where your teams are headed next — how quickly they get there is entirely down to them. Booking runs from € 16.99 per person plus VAT, and you choose the date and time yourself, right up until two days before the event. Invoice, credit card or PayPal all work, and you'll always get a proper VAT invoice for it.
Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors. Whether industry, retail, government or services: myCityHunt scavenger hunts are an excellent teambuilding event for your company outing, department party or team event - and that at 6,467 locations around the world.
How about a puzzle tour through Zetel with the myCityHunt app as the program before dinner? Your team heads out in small groups, solves challenges at landmarks across the city, and competes team against team for the top spot on the live leaderboard. Several themes are available, and the tour ends in time for the meal.
The tour comes before the meal: about three hours outdoors in Zetel, and everyone is back in time for dinner. You book the restaurant, and the program before it comes from myCityHunt. For the organizer, that leaves little more to do than picking the date and putting the teams together.
A Christmas party that starts out in the city instead of at the table: your company splits into teams and heads through Zetel before the meal, collecting points against the other teams. If a team gets stuck, a myCityHunt guide is just a chat message away. The date is yours to pick, even at short notice in December, and venue and menu stay entirely your decision.
The tour through Zetel is priced from € 16.99 per person, and you receive an invoice for the booking. Food and drinks afterward are planned by you, so the budget for the evening stays in your hands.
Yes, in a single booking, split into teams that all start together. The price per person stays the same regardless of group size. Mixing departments when forming the teams works well and gets colleagues talking who otherwise rarely cross paths.
You choose the date and the time. The booking is valid for any day you like, in December just like the rest of the year, and the tour starts once the whole team has arrived. Short-notice bookings work too.
Around three hours. That makes it the first half of the evening: the tour first, then dinner with plenty to talk about.
The tour takes place outdoors in Zetel, and you can pause it at any point. If the rain gets heavy or the snow piles up, warm up somewhere dry and pick up right where you left off. Warm jackets and sturdy shoes are part of a Christmas party in December.
